If SMS/text messaging is used for marketing or automated communications, proper consent and opt-out handling are important because the TCPA regulates certain calls and text messages, including automated marketing texts.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate our business.

Client project files, communications, invoices, forms, automation records, and related business records may be retained for legitimate business, tax, legal, security, and operational reasons.

Texas residents may have rights related to accessing, correcting, deleting, and opting out of certain uses of their personal data, depending on whether the law applies to the business and the type of data involved.

Final deliverables created specifically for you may be used by your business after full payment is received.

RevPhoenix may showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing, or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party platforms, plugins, themes, templates, software, stock assets, CRM systems, or automation tools may be subject to separate licenses and terms.

Commercial emails are regulated under the CAN-SPAM Act, and businesses sending commercial emails must follow requirements such as truthful header information, non-deceptive subject lines, and opt-out handling.

Automated calls and text messages may be regulated by the TCPA, which places restrictions on certain phone calls and text messages to mobile phones.
