2. No Guaranteed Results

9. Third-Party Platforms
RevPhoenix may use or integrate third-party platforms such as website builders, hosting providers, CRM systems, GoHighLevel, payment processors, email platforms, SMS platforms, domain registrars, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and social media platforms.
RevPhoenix is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, account restrictions, deliverability issues, policy changes, data loss, service failures, platform errors, or decisions made by third-party providers.
You are responsible for maintaining your own third-party accounts, logins, billing, subscriptions, compliance, and platform permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If RevPhoenix helps create email, SMS, missed-call text-back, social media, or marketing automations, you are responsible for using them legally.
